During my years working for Salomon, I have produced close to a hundred photoshoots for the outdoor and running categories of the brand.
For each of these, I have controlled the budgets, created creative briefs, scouted locations, recruited models, managed the shoot on location, and insured timely delivery of the final assets to the internal stakeholders.
But most of all, I have had the privilege of developing creative relationships with some of the most talented photographers in the world, guiding them to make sure they were delivering the content the brand needed, while helping them develop their own creative vision of the brand’s requirement. I have also had the joy of helping young photographers develop their own styles and grow into becoming household names in the outdoor industry.
This has been a major tool to help the brand grow its creative attitude, reflecting the diversity of products, practices and people that Salomon is involved with.
